Hey everyone! This is a recipe for easy, vegan, gluten free RAWNOLA! Yes, my all time favorite breakfast. Yum.
For those who do not know, raw granola (AKA- RAWNOLA) is just unbaked granola. It is super easy to whip up and can be eaten as a cereal (my fav topped with coconut milk and strawberries), as a snack, topped on smoothies, ice cream, yogurt, whatever you fancy! It is easy, tasty, filling and FULL of FIBER! I always talk about fiber it seems like, but only because it is super important in your diet! It really keeps your digestive system flowing and this recipe is perfect for that all while satisfying that Christmas sweet tooth.
Today I was in the mood for a little spice and I thought, why no make some gingerbread rawnola!! I seriously love the gingerbread latte from Starbucks and gingersnap cookies and with 5 days until Christmas, there is no reason to not eat all things gingerbread right? This recipe takes barely anytime at all and it makes a ton of raw granola which is perfect this time of year for it makes for a super simple traveling snack for shopping or heading to your family`s house. (Also my little brother loved it- bonussss)

- 10 Medjool Dates
- 1 cup Old Fashion Oats
- Spoonful of Coconut Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp Ground Clove
- 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tbs Molasses (or less if you are not fond of the taste)
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until a crumbly mixture is formed!
SO simple! My fav way to eat this is as a snack or with some fruit (bananas would be sooo delicious with this mix). Enjoy!
