Rawnola, raw granola, is my favorite go-to breakfast! It is so simple and easy to make and you can top it with so many different goodies depending on whatever you are craving! Granola itself is so simple and nutritious but can take a little more time in the oven if you are home making it, while raw granola requires no baking and only a food processor or strong blender. Double plus- minimal ingredients (yes!) and super easy to store. This is rich in fiber (another plus) and sure to keep you feeling fueled and full throughout the morning! I have made a RAW GINGERBREAD GRANOLA before in the holiday spirit, but this recipe here is just the basic recipe. You can pair this with fresh fruits, soy yogurts, by itself as a snack or enjoyed as a cereal. I eat in in every way but my current favorite is topped with fresh strawberries and chocolate pb2 and cinnamon! Feel free to see the VIDEO of making this on my instagram account @chichelsea 🙂

The Whistling Kettle - Tea Store and More

  • 1 cup old fashion oats
  • 8-10 pitted medjool dates
  • 1 tbs coconut sugar
  • Optional: water if you want it more sticky with larger pieces! (I always add a splash or two!)
  • Optional Toppings: Strawberries, Chocolate or regular Pb2, Bananas, Coconut shreds, Spices, Cacao nibs, Dried fruit, Chopped nuts (whatever suits your fancy!)

HOW TO- Combine all ingredients into a food processor or strong blender and use the “dough” option or blend until the dates become crumbled and the mixture is sticky and can form together! You may need to stop and scrape the sides down just to make sure everything is blending together.

See? SO simple and easy to make your breakfast or snack nutritious! This recipe makes around 2 bowls and can easily be stored in a plastic container or mason jar. I like to store mine in the fridge because the oats dry out a bit and tastes even more yummy and granola-y!

Let me know what y`all think of this recipe and the different ways YOU like to enjoy rawnola! As always sharing is caring so feel free to pin, like, reblog, and comment below!

xo, Chelsea
